Yes. All clients who have their website hosted with us will receive an SSL certificate for the duration of the plan. Clients who are not hosted with us can get SSL certificate assistance which will be deducted from their support time.

We’re open Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm (Eastern Time). Sometimes we work late and on weekends so it’s worth trying to get in touch outside those hours. We will eventually be open 24/7.

It’s not possible. You get “unlimited” help until your support time runs out. Then you have to pay for more time. That’s not unlimited, that’s a con! Remember that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
