Maybe, if we have to dig deep into the programming of your website to remove a hack. We can’t guarantee it but most of the time, we can bring a website back to its former glory.[/accordion_item] [accordion_item title=”Can you prevent my site from being hacked again?”]Yes, for the most part. We can never guarantee that your website won’t be hacked again. However, by subscribing to one of our WordPress maintenance plans, you are improving the security of your website tremendously, thereby  reducing the chances of another hack.[/accordion_item] [accordion_item title=”Do I need a monthly maintenance plan?”]Even you think your website is somehow immune to hacks, yes, you still need a maintenance plan. WordPress is one of the most powerful website building tools on the planet. It gets updated several times per month. Hackers love to exploit versions that have not been updated. Our maintenance plan was custom designed to keep your sites up-to-date. Not only that, but we include support time for website updates, changes that enhance your search engine optimization (SEO), and bring you the peace of mind you’re looking for.[/accordion_item] [accordion_item title=”Do we have to host with you?”]No. We can update, fix, and maintain your website even if you are not hosted with us.[/accordion_item][accordion_item title=”Do I get an SSL certificate with a maintenance plan?”]Yes. All clients who have their website hosted with us will receive an SSL certificate for the duration of the plan. Sometimes we work late and on weekends so it’s worth trying to get in touch outside those hours. How is that possible?”]It’s not possible. You get “unlimited” help until your support time runs out. Then you have to pay for more time. That’s not unlimited, that’s a con! WordPress may be free out of the box but it’s a lot more complicated than most people think. We’ve been mastering WordPress websites since 2005 and can certainly help you.
